Southwark Playhouse Yo Co!
Southwark Playhouse Young Company (known as YOCO) is a new dynamic theatre company dedicated to advancing the raw talent of young people today. We know how hard it is for young people to showcase their abilities to a wide audience which is why we set up our monthly Open Mic Night, where young performers are given a chance to showcase what they have created in front of a paying audience.
Whether it is acting, singing or spoken word, the open mic night is a platform for young people to express themselves artistically
and freely. In addition to the live performances, there will be food and drink
available as well as opportunities for the audience to take part. Each open mic night has a theme so no two shows will be the same! To keep tabs on the YOCO’s

YOCO is free to attend for young people between 14 and 19 years of age. The youth theatre is run on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings each week. For those who are interested in joining YOCO please get in touch via email or telephone.
YOCO is a youth-led theatre who help fundraise their own shows as efficiently as they can. At the door please give a donation to help enable YOCO to deliver more exciting performances and to help support their growing popularity.
